    Raith has spent the past 15 years developing advanced Focused Ion Beam instrumentation, with the vision that nanofabrication has special requirements that should drive the development of FIB technology. The result was the VELION – a system developed to pave the way for unique applications in nanofabrication.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In this webinar series – consisting of\u00a0<\/span>three different sessions<\/b>\u00a0? there will be presented the unique capabilities for large area patterning as well as employing ion species beyond gallium to enable numerous applications in the field in nanoscale science and engineering.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
