On days: 06.03-08.03.17 there was organized Raith Nano2017 seminar in Dortmund.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar covered the basics and principles of electron beam lithography and FIB nano fabrication, provided hands-on demonstrations in the RAITH application lab.<\/span><\/p>\n

Invited speakers gave their presentations about their the latest interesting and demanding R&D\u00a0 and application results using Raith machines.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
