RAITH NANO2017 – 23rd seminar on electron and ion beam based nanofabrication.

On days: 06.03-08.03.17 there was organized Raith Nano2017 seminar in Dortmund.

The seminar covered the basics and principles of electron beam lithography and FIB nano fabrication, provided hands-on demonstrations in the RAITH application lab.

Invited speakers gave their presentations about their the latest interesting and demanding R&D  and application results using Raith machines.
