Dynamic TO-Heating Unit
Seeing increased demands on the market Tresky offers now the second generation of the dynamic TO-Heating Unit with excellent qualities.
The TO – Heating unit is a high-speed heating system, tailored for eutectic applications on all types of TO housings, up to a diameter of 30mm. It can be added to any TRESKY system of the T-300x Series. The sophisticated design of the TO- heating unit allows quick change over from one TO size to an another or to smaller substrates/arrays. The bonding area can be surrounded with inert gas and is switched automatically on/off during the process.
