Raith during 47th ?Jaszowiec? International School & Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors 16-22.06.2018

During 47th ?Jaszowiec? International School & Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors Martin Kirchner of Raith company gave an oral presentation entitled: Quantum Devices made with nano Lithography.

The presentation reviewed briefly electron beam lithography and focused ion beam nano fabrication principles. Links to Raith?s dedicated machines as installed at about 400 places around the world were given.
Ultra-high resolution nano lithography has enabled ?quantum devices?, i.e. devices made to study quantum phenomena or to exploit such phenomena for computing, sensors, cryptography and metrology.
The presentation reviewed a couple of selected examples from different fields. All shown examples have been made using Raith instrumentation.
