The German company Bond-IQ  , which collaborates with Austrian company F&S Bondtec Semiconductor  producer of wire bonders and testers, regularly organizes wire bonding training courses for both beginners and advanced participants. The seminars are held in Berlin.

Hands-on training at the bonder – thin-wire bonding process training

• Bring your own samples and materials
• Learn about bonding and loop parameters
• Perform bonding and inspect bond contacts
